            The Committee on Small Business, Entrepreneurship and Economic Development moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

            H. B. 2385–A BILL to amend and reenact the §11-16-3, §11-16-6, §11-16-9 and §11-16-12 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend said code by adding thereto two new sections, designated §11-16-6a and §11-16-6b, all relating to the licensing and operations of brewers, resident brewers, brewpubs, dealers, private clubs and retail sellers of nonintoxicating beer; permitting licensed brewers and resident brewers to sell growlers from their premises for off-premises consumption; permitting licensed brewers and resident brewers to provide samples of nonintoxicating beer; permitting licensed brewpubs, Class A retail dealers, Class B retail dealers, private clubs, Class A retail licensees and Class B retail licensees to sell growlers; adding and clarifying licensing and operational requirements for brewers, resident brewers and brewpubs; removing brewpub bonding requirements; and making technical changes.
